William Bourquard, MD
Dr. William Bourquard is from Vicksburg Mississippi. He attended Mississippi State University from 1964-1970 where he received a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and attended graduate school. He was in the USAF as a line officer and subsequently attended Medical School where the graduated from Wright State University in 1980. He then completed a Pediatric Residency through Wright State University School of Medicine and graduated in 1983. He reentered the USAF from 1983-1987 and was stationed at Mountain Home AFB as a Medical Officer, and was Chief of Pediatrics.
He and his family moved to Boise in 1987; to join Dr. Tom Tilden (who has since retired), and has been in active practice since then.
He is board certified and is currently a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Pediatrics, Idaho Pediatric Society and the North Pacific Pediatric Society.
He serves on the boards of Select Medical Network, the Idaho Public Health Committee and the Ada Canyon Medical Education Consortium.
Dr. Bourquard is married and has two adult children. His wife of 44 years is a General Surgeon.
